1. Booking & Reservations

All appointments are subject to availability. To ensure your preferred time and treatment, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Arrival & Conduct

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy a refreshing herbal tea and complete any necessary consultation forms. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Meridian Spa is an environment of tranquility and relaxation. We kindly ask that you turn off mobile phones and maintain a low volume during your visit to respect other guests' experiences.

3. Health & Well-being

Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment when making your reservation. For certain medical conditions, a doctor's note may be required before we can proceed with specific therapies.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Meridian Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the booking process or consultation is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and personalized services. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
