Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our practitioners and other guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged at the full service rate.
